As endurance athletes, who love to run, ride, swim, hike, climb and ski, often our upper body strength and maintenance can be neglected.
However we are also aware that the need for great range of motion in the swim, long periods of time on the bike and the ability to maintain a strong run form cannot be overlooked.
MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY
Our ability to hold great position and maintain strong technique will always be limited by poor upper thoracic mobility, where tight neck & upper back muscle groups will continue to prevent us from finding those optimal training techniques.

5 MINUTES A DAY
By following our little and often method, we are looking to increase the mobility and range of motion of your key joint structures and muscle groups.
Your downloadable 30 day plan, will come with exercise demonstrations and supporting tutorials. With each training day you will have 1-2 key exercises or drills to complete, which are going to step by step improve the way you move. Note that we also include rest days, as we want to reinforce the importance of the adaptation to the training and take into account any other training you are doing.
