MOBILITY & STRENGTH SCREENING GUIDE
MOBILITY & STRENGTH SCREENING GUIDE
A FRESH APPROACH
Are you confident in knowing what your current strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and compensations are?
Doesn't it make sense to know these before embarking on a new training program? Or even a new block of training?
IDENTIFY & ADDRESS
The screening guide is designed to highlight areas of your mobility and strength that you potentially haven't worked on before.
Key areas that will commonly impact your ability to train and perform at your best if left unaddressed.
We want to give you an insight into some of the key standards we expect, no matter what your training experience, and show you where to begin when it comes to assessing your mobility, bodyweight strength and maximal strength.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This 15 page downloadable resource is a combination of theoretical and practical learning. Complete with easy to watch video demonstrations you can complete the practical screening elements either at home or in a gym/training environment.
You'll be able to identify whether you have:
Healthy range of motion
Adequate strength to weight ratio
The ability to work to greater levels of volume and intensity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
The first two parts of this screening guide will not require any additional equipment. The final part will require access to a trap-bar or barbell and a chin up bar.
Remember, if you aren't testing, you're guessing!
