YOUR CLIENT JOURNEY

 

There is no way I could have expected more from my SFE journey to date. I came seeking help, a bit lost, suffering with recurring nerve pain, hamstring troubles and a weak posterior chain. I’d tried numerous ways by myself to get out of the situation and I just couldn’t get anything to stick. I’ve trusted the program 100% and I’ve been as consistent as I possibly could, hitting 90%+ of the workouts and exercises - the app, videos, emails and the whole infrastructure around the program were pretty key to that consistency. You tell and show me what to do, I’ll do it, and the results will come. And now (on week 9). I’m running again multiple times a week, getting out mountain biking or climbing as/when I feel like it, all while fitting in the S&C program.

I’m really enjoying the process and getting stuck into the workouts. I can feel muscles being activated that have been asleep for a whilst, and they’re definitely helping my running efficiency.

The sessions are progressive and so varied and I have learnt so much about how to perform different exercises and use equipment correctly at the gym. Kriss’s programs have given me the confidence to try exercises at the gym I never thought I could. I have also spent a lot of my spare time browsing the many interesting articles and videos on the members access site as well as the constant updates and sessions available to the members on the Facebook group page.

The testing weeks have been great because it really allows me to track my progress - I am really impressed to see how my weight lifting capacity has improved (particularly glute bridge raise) and I am motivated to see where I can get to in the future! I Overall, my strength sessions have become my non negotiable - even when on holiday I have been able to integrate s&c thanks to Kriss‘! Most importantly I can see how the s&c training is helping my running - both my upper body form and my ability to run longer without loosing form.
