Individualised Strength Testing (tailored to your experience & current level of fitness)
Run Gait Analysis (where appropriate)

Why you’re REALLY struggling? Whether its injury, overtraining or poor performance, we look to identify the underlying problem, not just treat the symptoms
Identify what physical areas you need to work on and how we’re going to do that
How could we improve your training load management alongside your work, lifestyle, other demands.

Goal setting - establish short and long term goals and how we’re going to achieve them
