We are complex individuals; from our day to day lives, family commitments, work and stress levels to our training history, previous injuries and health concerns. That’s all before we even begin to look at your individual physiology; your strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, blood and hormones.

We simply cannot solve a complex problem with a simple one dimensional solution. We need a thorough, individualised and holistic approach.

And there’s where you’ve been mislead before now.

It’s my biggest drive - to guide you through your issue and back to your best.

But I’m also not going to lie to you. If something is out of our scope or we need to get another professional opinion, we won’t pretend to know or ignore the issue, we’ll go and get it help, together.

With our multi-disciplinary team of professionals, from doctors, specialist physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists, endocrinologists and coaches we provide a level of support that facilitates this comprehensive approach. Too many athletes are left to their own devices, to piece bits of the puzzle back together, given false hope, poor coaching and are left feeling confused, overwhelmed and back at square one.

I’ve experienced person after person over the last 15+ years, who have been told that they will never run again, that they’ll never be able to do the sport the love for one reason or another.

It hurts me to my core. Why?

Because I’ve seen it first hand. From my wife and I - with our own struggles through overtraining, RED-S and fertility struggles, through to twenty year old clients who have come to me with screws in their hips because of negligent coaching or others who are on the verge of breakdown because they are overtraining, under fuelling and not receiving the correct physical and emotional support they need.

What we’ll uncover:

  • Why you’re REALLY struggling? Whether its injury, overtraining or poor performance, we look to identify the underlying problem, not just treat the symptoms

  • Identify what physical areas you need to work on and how we’re going to do that

  • How could we improve your training load management alongside your work, lifestyle, other demands.

  • What areas of your health would benefit you; nutrition, bloods, sleep etc

  • Goal setting - establish short and long term goals and how we’re going to achieve them

  • Action plan implementation - how are we going to make this fit into your lifestyle?

  • Create a 90 day plan - Physical, Holistic, Mindset

  • Partners/spouses are welcome to join us for the session if we feel it would be beneficial.
